. Chiaotzu will fly in behind the enemy at whatever height they happen to be at. If the attack lands, Chiaotzu will grapple onto the opponent's back before self destructing. Tien will yell for him to stop, then briefly mourn the loss of his friend. This move can only be used once per match, as Chiaotzu will die using it. Because of this, after the attack, Tien will be unable to use Telekinesis. If the enemy is crouching or is otherwise out off Chiaotzu's path, or if they manage to block it, Chiaotzu will continue to fly across the screen and will not explode, allowing another attempt. Tien will retain the ability to use Telekinesis. Tien will sigh in relief and then prepare to fight again. Keep in mind that if this move misses, Tien is completely open to any form of attack. This attack is a contender for the best scaling super move in the game, along with Super Spirit Bomb and Last Resort. If the chips are down, this move is an excellent way to end a combo.
