Genocidal Uppercut is one of Cooler's command normal attacks. By default it is bound to down and forward (3) and heavy attack. Cooler will run forward and uppercut the opponent. During this move, he will pass cleanly through any sort of enemy projectile, be it basic ki blast, beam, strong projectile, assist, or even normal attacks like Frieza's 2H and 5H, which count as projectiles. The only thing this attack will not rush through is a Super Attack. This move is very useful for pinning down an opponent who wishes not to engage, instead harassing Cooler at a distance.
