Gogeta (SS4) (ゴジータ（SS4), Gojīta (SS4)) is a playable character in Dragon Ball FighterZ. He was revealed alongside Super Baby 2 on December 20, 2020, with Gogeta being the fifth DLC fighter from FighterZ Pass 3. Gogeta was released on March 12, 2021. He can be purchased for 4.99$ or by buying the FighterZ Pass 3.

Biography

In the movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn, both Goku and Vegeta find themselves outmatched by the monster Janemba and agreed to fuse to gain an upper hand, despite Vegeta refusing at first. Their first attempt resulted in an embarrassingly weak fusion (known as Veku by South Kai and the fans) due to Grand Kai noting Vegeta failing to extend his index finger properly in the final step of the dance after the failure. Thankfully, they managed to succeed in their second attempt thanks to the help of Goku's ally, Pikkon, and managed to defeat Janemba with their immense power.

In the TV show Dragon Ball GT, Gogeta is shown near the finale after Goku and Vegeta fuse into him whilst in Super Saiyan 4 to fight Omega Shenron, but since the power on Super Saiyan 4 was so great it decreased the Fusion time limit to a whole 10 minutes, the two Saiyans defused before defeating him.

Gameplay Synopsis

Gogeta (SS4) is a BEAST. From amazing normal attacks, to superb specials, to a super that INSTANTLY KILLS a character, to even having 2 AIRDASHES! HE EVEN GIVES YOU FREE DRAGON BALLS! This character is insane, and he’s got the defensive power to back it up. If you want to rule the jungle and go MONKE mode on your enemies, then Gogeta (SS4) is the character for you!

Special Moves

Finish Sign: Taunts the opponent and powers up next super. Has 7 levels. This is his A Assist.

Plus Energy of Justice: Increases Dragon Balls by one. This is his C Assist.Bluff Kamehameha: Fires a bluff Kamehameha and goes behind the opponent and attacks.

Punisher Guard: Activates a guard and if attacked will attack the opponent.

Saiyan Kick: Does an upward leg kick.

Head Crusher: Spins and does an overhead kick.

Leg Breaker: Spins and kicks the opponent's legs.

Lightning Hammer: Dashes a short distance and punches. This is his B Assist.

Meteor Strike: Spin jumps and kicks the opponent's head knocking them down.

Ultimate Impact: Teleports behind the opponent and kicks them and proceeds to smash the opponent to the ground. Requires one ki gauge.

Ultra Big Bang Kamehameha: Jumps upwards and fires a Big Bang Kamehameha. Requires three ki gauges.

x100 Big Bang Kamehameha: Jumps upwards and fires a Big Bang Kamehameha that insta-kills the opponent. Requires three ki gauges and Finish Sign at level seven.
