Tri-Beam is Tien's level one Super Attack. This signature attack is one of the most powerful techniques in the Dragon Ball franchise. Tien will stop mid-air (or jump into the air if used on the ground) and prepare the attack, shaping a triangle with his hands. He then will fire off a devastating attack down at the ground, or whatever is below him. This attack is one of the best scaling super attacks in the entire game, making it a fantastic combo finisher. Be careful, however, as this move comes with a price. Using Tri-Beam will damage Tien as well, taking away 10% (1000 damage) of his health. Furthermore, this health is not recoverable. While in Sparking Blast, the self-damage done to Tien will be greatly reduced. This further cements Tien as an incredible anchor. If you hold it, Tien will use his Multi-Form with four Tri-Beams.
